Third Party Monitoring and Evaluation, Syria, Aug 2017- Ongoing Osman Consulting is currently working on a cross border monitoring and evaluation project from German Federal Office / GIZ in northern Syria. The monitoring focuses on the output-level and will be mutually supportive with the project's own remote monitoring efforts. The monitoring also includes findings on outcome- as well as impact-level from a stabilisation perspective to the furthest extent possible. In addition, the project monitors indications for unintended negative consequences stemming from the project's activities as well the continued existence of basic assumptions and conditions. Finally, the project will make relevant input to evaluations of the project.
Regional development and protection plan- Mid Term Review- Iraq, 2015-16
Osman Consulting was awarded this project to assess program performance in terms of delivering results, review the strategic links with other relevant instruments and provide recommendations for adjustments. The mid-term review evaluated the RDPP ME performance at both the overall strategic level as well as assessing a sample selection of partnerships.

Osman Consulting undertook this project with the aim to evaluate the humanitarian response to Aleppo crisis, carried out by the largest 5 Qataris NGOs, include recruiting M&E team, train them in data collection, designing data collection tools, analyses, draw conclusion and report back with concrete lesson learned, and recommendations for the future.
