Osman Consulting has 25 years' worth of experience in conducting monitoring and evaluation as well as third- party monitoring programmes in conflict zones worldwide, particularly in the MENA region. OC capitalises on a team of expert practitioners who carry out monitoring and evaluation objectively, helping organisations make any necessary changes and influence the decision making process. This is a key part in the legitimacy of aid and ensuring there is transparency to all bodies, parties, organisations, and individuals. By carrying out assessments and writing reports, we can identify strong and weak points in programmes and see where organisations can improve and implement better practices. The M&E Specialists ensure that the reports are produced on time and in a technically valid, high-quality manner with the purpose of providing firm grounds for management decisions. OC's experts are responsible for developing the protocols and standard procedures to ensure that data is gathered in a technically sound manner, is consistent and can be compared throughout the years. This involves thorough research, conclusions, recommendations and lessons learned.
